My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that it is a local family-owned property. It is an easy walk to the downtown area of Manitou Springs. There are lots of places to shop and eat within a ten minute walk.

This is a wonderful location that invites exploration of downtown Manitou, with the added delight of a spa across the street by the park. The rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained, offering a charming sense of nostalgia. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is simple, and it has a few 'wrinkles" in the property due to it's age....but it's great for a 1-2 night stay. The location is perfect for everything in the Manitou area, even walking distance to the main town area with restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.
