This is not the globally known Four Seasons Hotel, knowing that on arrival made us very disappointing especially with the high price we paid for the booking. The hotel is good, it is clean, modern, offers good variety of food and spa options. The staff are friendly but I have to say some staff need to work on their body language as they sometimes show less respect. Rooms were noisy, we could hear all movements upstairs. AC was not working properly so the room was hot.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are super friendly and I have no complaints. The breakfast was magnificent and the room service dining is fast and efficient.
