There's plenty of fun with the 3 outdoor pools and free water park, and guests in the mood for pampering can visit the spa to indulge in massages, body wraps, and facials. Check in and out was very fast. Our expedia rep- Gabriel was very attentive and checked in on us. The fridge was not working but they came quickly to fix it.

Resort Getting Tired
We stayed at this resort in 2019 and loved it. It was different this trip. I was disappointed that some of the resort was now the Altitude Club and off limits to Krystal Grand guests. The rooms are getting tired and worn and are not as shown in the add. The service wasn’t the best not due to staff not working hard, there just were not enough staff. The food was alright but the lines were long. Overall it is not a resort we will revisit, which makes me sad because I certainly loved it the first time.

It felt understaffed, maybe 3 bartenders that can actual make proper drinks. Shout out to Hugo by far the best bartender and Rodrigo the pool side server. He went above and beyond. Gabriel and Angie were very good conceirges. Recommend getting the altitude upgrade.

Krystal Grand hotel has excellent service, people here go above and beyond to make your stay magical. So many dinning options, no need for reservations, its on a first come & serve basis. There is after hours food. Kristal camp was great for the kids. Quiet and relaxing place. The views are breathtaking. The resort has it all close by. Special thanks to Gabriel Avila who made sure that our stay was perfect.
