Check in was ok, it was my birthday and so would have been nice to have had a nod the special occasion. With regards to the rooms, they were fine, however there was as stain on one of the duvet covers and the fridge wasn't working. I found the swimming changing rooms to be rather 'tired' and in need of redecoration. What was excellent was the breakfast which all the family enjoyed.
