The executive room was massive, 2 rooms , 2 toilets, but the rooms are now a little dated. I had to complain about the internal phone not working, missing towels and missing tea cups. Rachelle at reception sorted them out very promptly. She was a pleasure to deal with , even extended my check out by a little, even though I didn't end up using that extension.

I had to get our key reactivated every time we went back to our room. They need a sign around the pool that says slippery when wet. I slipped and hurt my back and went down to let them know. They did nothing about it and just ignored anything i said. Definitely will not stay there again.

Conveniently located, all the staff was very helpful and nice, there were always people for our room with cleaning and towels, pool too was nice. Karaoke bar was small and smoky and required a drink purchase to stay, and I do not imbibe.

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in ever. The room was not cleaned properly with food (french fries etc) lying on the carpet. The toilert roll holder in the bathroom was broken, no mat for the bathroom floor, a work desk without any chair, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly unless you pull it really hard from outside. I showed all of this to one of the hotel guys just before checking out. I also gave the feedback to the reception at checkout and the guy there said to report it all online - he was completely indifferent and unapologetic about the state of the rooms.

We booked it for 2 days with my wife and 2 kids 3 &1 we requested it a 2 queen beds but was super small only for one person, but thanks to front desk guy forgot his name he really helped us out to git a biger room without any extra charges. This property is heavily booked and used. The rate per night is average and good for budget travelers. the staff is friendly and respectful. However, the rooms are standard and in need for renovations. We had problems with black mold and roaches in the rooms. Management addressed the issue with a new room but the same conditions were found.

We had asked for non-smoking room. We recieved bed sheets that smelled like they were recently used in a smoking rooms the floors were not cleaned properly and the sink would not working properly. The bed sheets smell almost made it unbearable to sleep because of the stench of the bed sheets.

Hotel is outdated. There were some tiny cockroach in our room and we ask them to clean our room but still the same. Reason why we always close our luggage coz we don’t want this tiny guys coming home with us. Nice thing about the area is accessible to a lot of things like bus and train, restaurant, and shopping mall.
