Sain jotain oireita kÀytÀvÀn kokolattiamatosta, ja yöllÀ otin uuden tyynyn kaapista, huomatakseni aamulla ettÀ nenÀni oli aivan tukkeessa ja vuoti verta. Eli vanha rakennus, pölyÀ, tyynyjen vaihtuvuus ei usein. Palvelu oli kuitenkin priimaa, jonka takia saattaisin mennÀ uudelleen.

Scandic Lappeenranta City 21.-22.7.2019

Parasta yöpymisessÀ oli ilmainen parkkipaikka ja asiallinen aamiainen. Huoneen yleisilme oli hyvinkin kulunut. Kahden hengen huoneessa oli yksi 140 cm leveÀ sÀnky, joka ei todellakaan tarjonnut mahdollisuutta rauhalliseen yöuneen. Negatiivinen yllÀtys oli myös, ettÀ Scandicin 50,- arvoiset lahjakortit eivÀt kelvanneet huoneen maksamiseen, koska huonetta ei oltu varattu suoraan Scandicilta. Olisimme kuvitelleet, ettÀ tÀllaisesta ehdosta olisi painettu varoitusteksti lahjakorttiin tai lahjakortin koteloon.

Schlechte Leistung von www.hotels.com

Hotels.com hat scheinbar nur die alten Hotels der SCANDIC-Gruppe gelistet, die jeweils neueren HĂ€user findet man bei www.hotels.com wohl nicht. Dieses Scandic Hotel in Lappeenranta ist so was von gestern. Fahrstuhl wie vor 100 Jahren. Zimmer ohne Aircondition, Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Als ich da war betrug die Lufttemperatur im Zimmer 30°C - ein erholsamer Schlaf geht so nicht. Im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum gibt es "versetzte" Ebenen, man muss fast 40 cm hohe Abstufungen in einem Schritt meistern. Ich war zuerst zufĂ€llig in das neuere SCANDIC Hotel in Lappeenranta geraten, leider nicht via hotels.com buchbar 
 Ich werde wieder in SCANDIC Hotels ĂŒbernachten aber direkt ĂŒber die SCANDIC Webseite buchen und nicht mehr ĂŒber www.hotels.com

Yksi yö Lappeenranassa

Hotellissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten kuumalla sÀÀllÀ todella epÀmukava ja kuuma hotellihuone. Huoneessa ei myöskÀÀn ollut minibar kaappia, joten juomiakaan ei saanut kylmÀÀn. Katujen yöllinen meteli kuului huoneisiin.
