No elevator for second or third stories, keep in mind bedrooms & bathrooms could be up another flight of stairs.
Some bedding & towels had stains. Stocked kitchen with utensils & kitchen ware.
Good location for walking but very noisy.

The apartment was perfect for 3 adults, 2 in the bedroom; 1 on the sofa bed. Plenty of room to move around. Well-appointed with appliances; dishes, etc that you would need for eating in. Bed was extremely comfortable and that is usually my biggest problem. Everything was clean. The paint could use some touch up in places but you can tell it’s just from wear and tear and not dirty. Nicely furnished with sharp accents and furniture!! Extremely convenient to parking and attractions in center city.

Very comfortable and really close to the convention center, clean, interesting design.
It is next to the interstate so it is very loud when trying to sleep. It worked great for me and I may stay here again, just be warned.

Easy access. Decent parking. Very centrally located. Somewhat noisy -- I slept with ear plugs.

Absolutely love this property and plan on returning for a longer stay. Perfect size for 2-4 individuals, stylish and clean. Only negative is although the booking was a set price for the night, the property fee was almost the same price as one night so it’s basically double the price… Still very economical and worth the stay and every penny. Highly recommend this property, location is ideal!

The property was a great location. The only problem was the air conditioner going out Friday then coming back in and went back out Saturday. Sleeping was very uncomfortable.

The layout of the place was really cool. All the best appliances and furniture. Great fold out sofa bed. My gripes were dirty patio area with lots of flies. Area behind bedroom window had lots of trash and dust under the bed.

Cute place, conveniently located just a few blocks from the convention center! Walkable!! It was perfect for my short business trip!! Updated and modern, might need a little touch up paint just from every day wear and tear, but overall very nice, and had everything I needed! Customer service was also very helpful, and real time quick responsive even late at night and on the weekend!!

We enjoyed staying for 4 nights at this place. Perfect location to explore city on foot. All amenities provided as described. Very clean, nicely furnished. I would say it's best for a couple, for other two adults, it's more tricky - king size bed is on loft, couch on the "studio" ground (not really comfy for sleeping and no privacy). It worked for us.

Liked the price and the property. Liked having an apt instead of just a hotel room.
Didn't like the unsecured website insisting on having all my private and personal information. Didn't like that there was no free parking.

Nice unit but very noisy as next to freeway. Also does not particularly feel safe walking around area at night.

The location of this apartment is ideal. However, the apartment and the building are in need of some maintenance. The communication was good, but their words of reassurance did not result in fixes. The apartment is on a very busy corner, so it is traffic loud and it does not get very dark for sleeping. The stairway is dirty and the doors do not feel very secure. Bathroom sink and shower were very slow to drain, and although they said someone would fix them, no one ever showed up. Overall, it is a decent stay, but some TLC is needed on the apartment.

Starting for the communication, they send a lot of questionary at the same day of your check-in. I was in traffic trying to find all the requests very confusing and repetitive. My check-in was released late because of a bunch of request. The apt is very noise, mainly Saturday night. It is next to an avenue and all lights and outdoors lights from streets comes inside the apt all night long. I do not recommend to who has sleep issues. Not very clean. A ear plug are supplied by the host as regular procedure. No space for closes or luggage in the bedroom near the bathroom. No soap available in my bathroom but the little one to wash hands.

Very loud even with ear plugs and a sound machine to drown out the highway noise. My car was damaged in the parking lot across the street. Unit needed repair. Was locked out of the building before my checkout time and had to spend 30 minutes waiting for customer service to assist.

We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up the leftovers. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, though. The bathroom is located in the small loft bedroom above. It was small but clean and manageable.

The apartment was beautiful but was disappointed because the apartment is at the top of the building. It's a lot of stairs, we bring a lot of luggage was not fun carrying our luggage on these stairs. Too much noise, we had a hard time sleeping, the traffic there is all the time. I recommend putting something in the windows as proof of sound. They way to open the door is a little tricky.

location was super convenient to the convention center but it’s literally next door to the highway and the road noise from that and the fact that there are large high level windows with no blinds means getting any sort of sleep there requires you to have an eye mask and ear plugs which we purchased, because I only got 2 hours of sleep the first night and not good quality sleep the rest of the time. It was the absolute worst, would never stay again. Abode also requires you to send a bunch of extra info (like screenshots of your cc statement and licenses) which I have never had to do and seemed very odd and invasive. Never using their properties again either for how restricts they were.

Overall I enjoyed the stay due to its convenience but that was after cleaning almost the entire space because it was very dirty. I slept in the couch as I didn’t have the energy to clean the bedroom. The place looked elegant but it was very dusty and my sinuses affected me the entire time while staying there. The access code didn’t work upon arrival and I was on hold for over an hour until I finally got some assistance to reset the code and tried again. There was no where to sit so I was on the side of the road with my luggage and if it could’ve have gotten worse, it started to rain. Aside from that dismal first impression, I was able to settle in and relax.

It was a great space with lots of amenities in a central location. The washing machine was a life-saver!
Pretty noisy though. I live on a noisy street at home so it was okay for me, but I think it would be too loud for non city dwellers.
I was not a huge fan of the multi-step booking process. Having to send a copy of my ID to a random email address had sketchy vibes, but I read reviews and everything was legit so I proceeded.
Still, I may not have booked this place when I was single. Some of the rules overstep the boundaries you expect from a hotel. For example, they make you promise not to have any overnight visitors without naming them during the booking process, as though it were a turn of the century women's boarding house. There were times in my life (my roaring 20s) when I could not have made that promise.
