Pros: Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast offered some breads, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Cons: Room was very dusty, bathroom door wouldn't close, bathroom floor was warped and dirty with hair and debris when we arrived. We requested housekeeping to clean the bathroom and replace some towels and they didn't arrive and flipped the door sign so we had to deal with a dirty bathroom for two nights and ask for towels from the front desk.

I enjoyed our stay. The staff I did interact with was the night time front desk, and she was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was some of the best I have had with a continental breakfast. And they allowed our dogs with us, another bonus, because our dogs are like our kids to us, very loved.

Heater worked ok but not enough blankets to stay warm between cycles. Parking was simple. Room was clean, clean towels. The room was quiet. There was No conditioner for my hair, only 2 shampoos and 2 body lotions. One bed was rock hard. One bed was way too soft. Neither were very comfortable. Pillows were rock hard except for one that was almost non-existent as a pillow. Overall, not a place I'd recommend for a restful sleep.
