Took an overnight trip on a Saturday night to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cherokee. I was very surprised with this hotel. The staff was amazing and nice. The rooms were clean and looked updated. Plus they had two pools one indoor and one outdoor. It's in a good location and right next to the Apple Barn and Apple Valley restaurants, which we had breakfast the next morning on Sunday and it was amazing as well.

Staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were a nice size, has two pools, offers complimentary coffee and cider till 11pm. Offers continental breakfast, is in close proximity to dinning and activities. The reason I gave 4 stars is because we had issues with the A/C working in our room. My daughter and I woke up at 3am sweating because the unit stopped working. I didn't call down to the office because I did not want to rick having a room change at 3am.

We will definitely stay here again. The kids had a ton of fun at the indoor pool. We relaxed at the fire pit afterwards with some apple cider that was provided. The kids were given a s'more kit to use at the fire which was so incredible. The beds were super comfy too. If I had to come up with a negative...the only thing was the noise from the main road, but after a certain time at night it died down.
