Love that it is within walking distance to old ginza st. Love the ample parking behind the property. Never had to stress for getting a lot. The staff are friendly and efficient. We had the room with the loft beds. The kids love them. The stairs leading to the bunk beds are sturdy and well installed. The bathroom is huge and had all the amenities we needed.

Delight travellers and excellent location

The room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful, but the room should have proper light fixtures in the corner of room, and small tables for extra luggages, otherwise this is very good value to stay while in Karuizawa.

Wonderful, European styled accommodations and hotel. Clean, tastefully designed and decorated. Love the unique layout of an all-inclusive town. only wish more things were open, but I’m guessing that’s due to the low tourist season. Will be back to this hotel when we explore during a more open season the entrance is tricky. It’s on the side street with parking across.

Wonderful stay!

Just the perfect hotel one can find in Karuizawa, especially for non-driving tourists. From the station, you can take a bus right to “Kyu Karuizawa” and this hotel has actually one entrance in the main Kyu Karuizawa street. There is another bus stop nearby which you can take to Shiraito Waterfalls. This hotel is just the most considerate and detailed minded hotel I have ever been. They even provide guests with cleansing oil, facial wash, toner and face lotion - if you are just in Karuizawa for a short stay, you can just leave your worries to the hotel. This hotel will definitely be on my top list if I ever visit Karuizawa again!
