Average hotel, mattresses are ok, location is good because you can drive (5 mins) or walk (20 mins+) to old Quebec attractions. I chose this because of the pricing and close to Old Quebec but in hindsight, we had to drive anyway, so maybe not the best choice.

Love the room and cleanliness. Staff (especially night) were a bit sketchy. Don't know much about parking, etc. Location is okay, but lots of homeless people and others on drugs passed out on the sidewalk or alleys. Graffiti and probably unsafe for women at night. Even as a guy, it is not the safest feeling in the evenings. Back to the hotel. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Loved our stay inside. No night latch on door however. Not much of a view as you'll just see a few homeless people walking around and some buildings in need of external repair.
