Know your role in hospitality

As usual, i have to call the front desk and demand that they release my security deposit. 60 deposit on a 50 dollar room for 1 night. Motels want a deposit for the dollar store grade towels and linens which is cool, but why must i see week old deposits on my account??

I did not stay there ,there was mistake on the dates and they wouldn't cancel and make my reservation for tonight, so I will no longer shop or use motel six and besides my current reservation thru hotels .
