The location was very convenient to the train station & right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the canal and it was magical. The staff were all very friendly. The location of the hotel was great! General areas of the hotel were very good and the rooms were nice. The corridors to get to the rooms needs some attention, and so does the elevators. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage in their storage room after we hade checked out while we still had time to explore Venice. Over all the hotel was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Really good location for what we wanted, v close to main train station, restaurants and boats to get around. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. We arrived via boat taxi so there is a port just outside on the grand canal which was v convenient. Room was v clean, comfortable with toiletries, fridge with mini bar and security box.

Location is amazing

Super nice lokation. The hotel is very tired and when we took shower the floor was flooded and the aircon only have 2 positions. Either freezer or off. Sadly even we told it in reception nothing happened. Breakfast was ok. But location here is everything. Just for that i would go back. The staff working in reception could be more friendly.
