The hotel location is just fine - there is a REWE next to the house, several bakeries and restaurants, the Garching U-Bahn is just in a minute distance... There is no elevator so one needs to carry the luggage upstairs (one floor).

The thermostat valve of the heating system was broken. The room was 25C upon arrival. Too warm to sleep. After opening the window, I was woken up by the divery truck at 4:20 am. A call for repair was ignored, so I had to endure this for 3 consecutive nights.

Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos provided in the room description are totally misleading. Privacy difficult with having to open windows in the heat and being so exposed to view from the street. Overall awful, I will never come back.

Unterkunft war echt super, hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben. Das einzige war, dass es keine Klima gab und es nachts recht warm war. Wir hatten komplett mit offenen Fenster geschlafen.

Für einen Tag ganz gut, aber vieles in dem Zimmer ist niicht durchdacht. Zum beispiel das Bad, wo der Fön an einem Holzgestell hängt welches nur lose an der Wand lehnt und bei der kleinsten Beührung einem entgegenfällt. Oder der Lüfter, der sich nicht ausschalten lässt und einem den Schlaf raubt.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Eisdiele Grieche Metzgerei Bäckerei alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ambiente.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war schön und sauber. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Sehr praktisch gelegen- Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger in Handweite. Direkt am Bahnhof- es ist aber ganz ruhig. Die Dusche hat einen guten Strahl, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, alles da. Ich bin begeistert. Werde immer dort buchen.
