The facility was clean. The host of the breakfast area cleans and refills any empty containers as needed . Bed was comfortable and had an assortment of pillows. Employees were congenial.

Comfort Suites staff maintains clean hotel.

Our stay at Comfort Suites in Crossville was surely amazing. Each staff member was observed working amazingly hard to maintain a clean facility and their leader emphatically stated the importance. They helped us by calling 911 when I fell and needed to be taken to a medical clinic.

I was there for my daughter's graduation. The hotel was easy to check in and out of, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. I only wish they had a pool, but otherwise, great stay!
