Good location, the stuff is friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 days, the room has never been cleaned since they do it every 4th night, they refer to sustainability and environmental friendliness which is a bit silly. The breakfast is good but it’s too crowded between 9-10.30 which in itself they mention, but since they know the problem exists they could have solved it in some way by now.

Okay but not comfortable

Our experience with this hotel was okay. They are eco-friendly, which is great, but sometimes went too far at the expense of comfort. We had no issue with changing the towels every 4 days, which we understood when we booked the room. The bathroom had a towel warmer which helped them dry. However, it happened to be warmer than expected while we were there, and the temperature in the room felt very hot with 4 of us in a small family room. There was a knob to turn up or down the fan strength in the room but it didn’t do a whole lot to help us. On the other hand, the shower water never got even lukewarm so it was invigorating to say the least. To access the free, hotel-grade coffee, you have to download an app, which felt silly because they already have all our information from checking in. We couldn’t use the laundry when we needed it, which was very inconvenient and not explained at the outset. The bed was overly soft and worn out, so every time one of us moved, the other one woke up. The location was good, near the train station and Tivoli. The courtyard looked like a nice place to sit but we didn’t use it. The room seemed clean. Overall, the hotel was passable, but not comfortable, so I wouldn’t do it again.

Fint rent rom, men..

Fint hotellrom med rent og romslig bad. Hyggelig betjening. Problemet er mangelen på renhold på rommene. Vi bodde 3 netter, og forventer ikke mye, men at noen hadde tømt søppel og fjernet våte håndkler. Fikk beskjed om at våte håndkler bare kunne legges utenfor rommet, men hvis alle skal legge sine våte håndklær utenfor rommene, blir det ikke særlig hyggelig. Man vil oppleve comfort når man er på Comfort, og ikke følelsen av å bo på rommet til en tenåring. Føler at hotellet sitt forsøk på «sustainability» og mottoet «more bang for your buck» er bare en dårlig unnskyldning for å kutte renhold.
