I was a little skeptical of the high reviews, but it turned out. It was accurate. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and large, and the building was beautiful. It was very affordable at blocks away from downtown Morelia. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The place is beautiful, so cozy and colonial. The room was huge and had anything we could need (including a noise machine that we didn’t use, but it was nice to include it in the rooms). The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we got little welcome and goodbye gifts and they were just so sweet the entire time. Would 100% recommend to stay here and if I go back to Morelia, there’s no other place I’d rather stay in !!

Location can’t be beat as the main plaza and cathedral is just literally a minute walk away. Rooms and common spaces are beautiful, clean, and quiet. Also loved the complimentary drinks and gifts.
