Pain in the butt

When I booked the room it wasn't clear it was a smoking room. The water pressure was low. And when we got ready to leave a car parked right behind my truck making it impossible to get out. I went to the office to find out who the car belongs to they said there is no way for us to know we dont collect tag # anymore just go knock on doors it took a two hours to get out.

Please note anyone checking in must put down a $100.00 security deposit for regular room and $150.00 for suite at time of check in. Total surprise this was not mentioned any where prior to checking in. Our king size room was as pictured. Front desk personnel were friendly. Breakfast was typical.

A valued customer

The staff was friendly and worked quickly to resolve minor requests that I had for them. Site Manager Tom spoke to me several times and remembered my name which made me feel I was a valued customer. I am sure I will be back for another stay within a few months. I appreciate the service.

This property is undergoing renovation and it could be quite nice...BUT ..the guests who are starying there are disrespectful and thriw bags of garbage all over. A comm8n area could be clean and an hour later its a wreck. The motel is dog friendly, but it appears that NO ONE pucks up after them. Every inch if grass has dog feces.. some if the staff are very nice and welcoming, but theres one person who is incredibly rude. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its conveniently located. It would be a 5 star experience if the people who stayed there were beat abd clean.

Stay anywhere but here

Checked in early but did not actually go to the room until later in the evening. TV was not working. Called front desk and did not get an answer. We saw a person sitting there when we walked by on the way to the room. Made sure the connections were good but nothing. Called again. Still no answer. Waited 10 minutes and called again. No answer. Gave up at this point. Mentioned it when checking out and was told we should have called. I stated we did that but no one would answer. He said he would tell head of something about it but no offer for any other partial refund or anything. Shower/tub had brown water coming from spigot. Very outdated and in need of massive overhaul. Had we not been in town because of family emergency and local college graduation had almost all the other hotels packed, we would not have chosen this property to stay at. And we definitely will not choose it in the future. Or recommend to anyone else.
