Overall a very nice hotel. Found long brown hair in the bathroom and bed when we checked in. We slept in the other bed which was fine.

Not what we usually experience here

We’ve stayed here several times and usually have a positive experience. This visit was not on par. Room wasn’t as clean. Bed wasn’t as comfortable. Room service wasn’t as consistent. Just not the quality and attention to detail we’ve seen on past visits. Not sure why.
