Parking was well lit and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast attendant was very vigilant and kept everything fresh and coming out hot! There were several workers present at breakfast and she kept everybody happy and fed.

We were there for a youth football competition that happens every year. It was poorly managed and prepared for. People waited 7 hours for a room or canceled; while others only waited 5 minutes. The corporate office could care less about their guests.

Clean, quiet, stay. Staff was friendly and professional. We appreciated the guest laundry after an unexpected plunge in the Buffalo River. It was lovely to hear birdsong in the morning.

The stuff was very rude. It took 2 hours to get us into a room as it was not cleaned. Got in the room and it had hair all over the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed. Took nearly 3 more hours to get us into a different room and it turns out that room was open the entire time due to a cancellation.

The air freshener used in the hallway of the 3rd floor was overpowering to the point of being unpleasant, like someone had just sprayed a can of Axe body spray. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was good. Breakfast was awesome with B&G every day! Overall, very good experience.
