The service was okay the hotel had a very bad smell in the elevator and was very old not like the pictures online… the pool was very dingy looking and the breakfast was terrible the sausage was not cooked all the way the juice was old tasting and watery and it was big cockroaches roaming around outside the building like they owned it it was not worth the money spent

No light in the vent light in bathroom portable AC unit in room was full of water so that means no one checked it. No hand towels did have bath and washcloths, no shampoo in the dispenser. No napkins at breakfast and said it would be an hour before she could get some. At check out girl at desk said she was sick and no uniform to identify she worked there.

A family kept letting there kids run around late at night yelling in the hallway and when we arrived our room was ready and we had to wait almost an hour. People left trash in the elevators. Staff were nice, other people staying were not and no one got on to them for being disruptive and disrespectful to the other guests.
