My stay was great. The staff both night staff and day staff was very accomodating and knowledgeable with recommendations. I arrived late for a 24 hour lay over in Miami and they held my luggage and gave me a towel to use at the beach across the street and at the pool next door.

Nice visit.
The hotel is in a great location, and the access to the rooftop pool, the beach, and local restaurants is very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but storage space is an issue. We had two women and nowhere to put our stuff so we took out the ironing board for some counter space. Breakfast is ok - but the service at the restaurant was average at best and boarder lined on rude at times. The staff at the hotel were very friendly - and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing!!

Great location close to the beach. Building deeds a bit love and care & paint. Room a bit shabby and partner café for breakfast was disgusting. Pool is in a different building and it is VERY small. Also the deck is very small and crowded. Considering the location price is not that bad.

Comfortable room; lift only to 3rd floor therefore had 16 steps to negotiate to reach room 401! Spacious, well furnished outside area with the expected sea vista. Included breakfast at adjacent Front Porch was limited: Coffee or tea; only bacon, chunky potatoes, bacon, scrambled egg & slice of toast offered - zero option to vary such as poached egg - take it or leave it! A small saucer of fresh fruit to share freshened the palate. Good service.

Overall a nice hotel in a really good location but the rooms are small they are conditioner was noisy and don't maintain a steady temperature. You're paying 100% for the location and not for the hotel itself.

SBWFF Get Away Weekend
A nice hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was comfortable. Walking distance from Lincoln Road and hop skip and jump to the beach. Also, to the SBWFF. My only complaint was the food voucher for next door. The breakfast was cold and not appetizing

Hotel reklamation
Room cleaner have taken my night skirt perhaps with laundry or some cleaner have taken it! They didn’t found it they have lost it. Hotel is responsible this kind of missing. It is silk, offwhite nightdress. I want some compensation because I had to buy a new one.
