My wife and I have stayed at nearly every hotel on the strip over the last several years. More when I count my business travel. At the front desk, Natalie (I think), was a terrific help even with 1,800 college students starting to arrive. Of all our visits to Vegas, your beds are the best! We saw the Eagles and Wizard of Ox with two other couples. Even with the rain, a great visit.

Great Hotel in the Center of everything

Juan our concierge was awesome he got us on the 61st floor with a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the strip and the bellagio fountains! The room was tidy and well kept. Food on premise was really good especially Mon Ami Gabi!!!

Mixed feelings. I loved the location. We stayed in the new tower area. Beds very comfortable. Nice view of fountains on pool side. no fridge, no blanket , shower tile dirty. I guess they have not heard of bleach spray. They did bring a beat up fridge and a thin blanket when requested. Check in and out easy. Staff very nice

Its the little things that count

We went for our first wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The service was outstanding. My wife had brought her own stich blanket from home and when they cleaned our room the folded it it nice and neat on the bed with stitch shwoing. It was something small but yet something very detail oriented. Definitely will be staying again. Overall grade Definitely a A+ in my book.

Terrible service. They charged me for the minibar and I never touched anything then they would not refund me. The lay out is confusing and difficult to navigate. Horrible stay overall.

The hotel was clean and nice. Mobile check in helped because there was a huge line to check for those who didn't. We were in the Versailles Tower, we didn't know that we could have gone to the closer registration, that would have been helpful. Room was clean and nice.
