Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Personal super freundlich. Pool und Sauna Top. Zimmer schön eingerichtet. An machen Stellen müsste bei der Ausstattung nachgebessert werden. Sind halt Gebrauchsspuren. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Fitnessraum war im Keller eines Nachbargebaeudes versteckt und nicht ausgeschildert Der Fön war nur fur einen Kurzhaarschnitt geeignet, um die Haare damit trocknen zu können. Der Ablauf in der Dusche war nicht für den vollen Zulauf aus der Duschbrause geeignet, um das Wasser aufnehmen zu können.

Sehr hellhörig. Abends muss man die Fenster schließen, da die Fußgängerzone direkt unter einen verläuft. Pizzeria unter dem Balkon. Sehr laut und permanent Pizza Geruch. Keine Möglichkeit etwas zu kühlen. Hier wäre ein Mini Kühlschrank angebracht. Fernseher ein Witz. Die Programme sind nur verschwommen keine große Auswahl. Kein HD. Fernseher sehr klein. Für das Geld viel zu teuer. In das Hotel nie wieder, bin 2 Tage vorher abgereist.

Het treintje dat je vanaf de boot naar het centrum van Borkum brengt ,stopt voor het hotel. Erg fijn dus. We hadden een premium suite wat ons erg goed is bevallen. We waren met 3 volwassenen. Ruime kamer en badkamer klein koelkastje,badlakens voor naar het zwembad,badjassen.... Onbijtbuffet was erg goed,veel keus ..
