Amazing central London location for a fair price, and the staff were really helpful. I would've liked a bit more natural light or a bigger window in my room, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but honestly for the price and as it was a last-minute booking I can't complain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean. Location was central to food & entertainment. As advertised the room was small but it was quite a challenge with 2 people and 3 suitcases. I would not recommend if you had any mobility issues. Also, hotel was located on a street that is not accessible by car.

Trendy but tiny

My wife and i were staying in London for the night but were a bit late in booking a room and so were paying over £250 for one night. For that we got a room (room 320) with a double bed pushed up against a wall and a toilet and shower room which leaked into the room and had a door which wouldnt shut properly. The room could not have been smaller. Great location, friendly staff, but wont be back.

I ordered a room with a window. Only 2 rooms were available. The first room I was given someone was inside sleeping when I went into the room. The second room I was given the AC was broken and there was no window even though I’d ordered a room with a window. A fan simply blew the hot air around the room all night. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. Terrible experience and will never visit again.

Dreadful. Took far long to check me in and the staff seemed to have no be surprised that I had a booking. The two male receptionists kept talking to each other in Indian in front of me. The AC was broken so the room was far too warm and the light on it kept blinking.

Great location, went to bed around 10.30 and hardly any outside noise ( and I was on 1st floor). Didn't affect me at all. Quick and efficient check in/out too.
