Better than expectations.

Knowing this was a 2-3 star hotel for s short trip is i wasnt expecting much and the experience delived was slightly better than expected. The room was clean it wasnt anything super special but definitely large enough for a family of six to not be cramped for a two day stay.

The room wasn’t very clean. The floor needed vacuumed and the bathtub was dirty. There were no kitchen utensils and no coffee pot or coffee in the lobby.

I know you get what you pay for but there wasn’t even a little bar of soap to wash your hands with after using the bathroom. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel, no matter how cheap, that didn’t supply a little bar of soap to wash your hands!

We stayed one night and when checked into our room it was nothing like the photos online. There was mold in the tub/ shower area. Hole in the ceiling by the vent, water bugs All over the bathroom floor, holes in the couch, stains also on furniture.

Very happy.

Very very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to sleep and work and more. This extended stay hotel had a kitchen but no dishes etc. No shampoo etc. just one bar of soap. I got some at the store around the corner. Towels were good. This would be an excellent place for the working person to stay for a week or more. This would be good for a family needing extra space. Pet friendly. Safe and clean and well located.

We were 3 couples on our way to notre dame game from nj. One hour before we were to arrive at extended stay they called to say they were overbooked and we needed to find another hotel. Who does that. I had booked this afew months before. I will never give extended stay my business

This was the dirtiest hotel that I've ever stayed at. The pictures online made the place look nice, but in reality there wasn't any care to take care of the property. Our room had greasy finger prints all over the microwave, a gray film on the front of the dresser, something I hope was chocolate all over the couch, just to name a couple of issues. Although the place is advertised as smoke free,the whole place smells of cigarettes. We even witnessed someone walking out of hotel smoking and saw a crushed butt on the carpet in the main hallway. We checked out after just a few hours and moved to a Hilton property for only a few dollars more. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

False Advertising - No Pots/Pans/Dishes

It is completely unacceptable that you did not have any pots/pans/plates/silverware for me to use in my room. The entire reason I booked at your location was because I needed a kitchen. After checking in, when I went to get pots and pans they told me they no longer offer that. They said I could buy a set if I wanted, but they were out at the moment so I couldn't buy it either (not that I would have spent money on that). Why should I buy a set when your hotel should include this, and why does your advertising mention a kitchen with pots and pans when you do not offer it? That is blatant false advertising. TO make it worse, two days later after checking in, I got an email from you saying: "need pots and pans, check the front desk" or something like that. The fact that you do not offer it and then send me an email telling me I can get something you no longer offer is horrible customer service. I may never stay at your hotels again. Truly horrible.
