We did not even get out of the car. The pictures online are clearly not of this location. There were like 4 cars in the lot and people fighting in the parking lot. We later discovered from our drivers that it’s not a good scene over there. We tried to get a refund, but the property manager would not respond.

I love the one pet free policy the staff was pretty friendly for the most part, when we got into our room there were some dirty towels left behind from the previous travelers but that is my only complaint, would stay again :)

This is our first visit to a red roof inn (although we frequently stay in hotels) and the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service I received during our checking in process was up to par or exceeded what we have encountered elsewhere including upscale hotel properties.
