Nice view from the room on the Linné garden. Not far from the old town. Never came into the room (4 nights) to make anything. The cleanliness in the stairs,... was poor as I saw a rest of croissant during the whole week. The shower in the room is very small and you have water everywhere within this small room.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Rand der Altstadt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das winzige, sehr spartanische und in die Jahre gekommene Bad.

Centralt boende med bra frukostbuffé

Själva rummet, vilket ändå är det primära, var helt okej. Vi hade ett litet rum med en säng och ett litet badrum samt ett pentry som kanske hade en del att önska för den som vill nyttja det. Det var inte aktuellt för vår del dock. Det som var bäst var den fina frukostbuffén och närheten till stadens centrum. Det som drog ner betyget för vår del var incheckningen och rummets placering. Vi möttes av en incheckningsstation där man checkade in på egen hand. Vi upplevde den otydlig och behövde personalens hjälp och det var inte lätt att hitta ”receptionen” som i princip bestod av ett enkelt bord där en person med begränsade språkkunskaper gjorde sitt bästa för att serva ankommande gäster. Det tog lång tid att få hjälp och instruktionerna för hur vi skulle ta oss till vårt avlägsna rum var tyvärr så knapphänta att vi gick fel och fick lov att gå tillbaka för repetition. Vi fick ta oss upp en trappa och in i en låååång korridor (som aldrig verkade ta slut), ut i ett trapphus, nedför en trappa och in i en ny, mindre korridor där det lyckligtvis var lätt att hitta rummet. + Centralt läge, bra frukostbuffé - Rörig incheckning, minimal personalstyrka

Skadedjur, fönster som var ruttet och gick inte stänga. Personalen satt och drack alkohol medans vi ifrågasatte ingredienserna i vår mat. Nä, fy vad otrevlig personal, just på det kvällspasset!
Classic hamburgare, nja vi fick ngt helt annat påpekade detta men vi fick till svar skicka ett mejl. Det var en annan tillställning och känslan var att vi fick ta deras rester. Kall burgare, fel dippsås och ett gäng med bortförklaringar.
