The property was very noisy, thin walls with people slamming doors at 2AM or kids yelling in the corridors at 7AM. Breakfast was inexistent. We were supposed to have breakfast included but there was no food, no juice, just drip coffee and hot water with a couple of tea bags available.

I was given the wrong room at first. Then the room I was given had a broken deadbolt lock, there was a washcloth on the floor on the other side of the bed, so it clearly had not been cleaned properly, the bath tub was cracked, the water pressure was non-existent, and the room and the entire hallway smelled like mold and mildew.

The property was horrible, it was dirty, the towels had stains, the doors were locked and glass broken leaving the building unsecured. There was also a slug or snail in the bed that crawled on me while trying to sleep, which led to us leaving early. The staff also refused to provide any new pillows.

As we walked to our room, we heard NUMEROUS rooms with dogs barking loudly and the place smelled so bad! Our room keys didn’t work. Had to get new ones that worked after 3 or 4 tries. When we opened the door, a half empty Taco Bell cup was on the table and the bed had recently been slept in or sat on as the pillows were a mess and part of the blanket (which was gross) was pulled back. There were large holes in the hallway walls, which also had no air conditioning on a 90+ degree day. We don’t even look in the bathroom! I can only imagine!! We walked right back down and told the clerk we were checking out, explaining all of the above. He shook his head (NO apology…no words at all!!) and thankfully gave us a full refund!! It was as if he had done this many times before! PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL WEBSITE!!! It was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REALITY!!!

There was no breakfast. Asked to refill the milk for coffee and they said they are out. Horrible experience. This property should not be on Expedia.

There were a number of items that did not work, the phone did not work, the shower head was stopped up with buildup of calcium, the commode seat was not attached, the lamp was inoperative on one side of the bed, the chair was broken. I travel for a living and this was the WORST I have ever experienced!
