I really loved this place. The apartment was great, the balcony was relaxing, the pool and the beach were wonderful. It was a short drive to Saint Francois and served as a good base point for activities around Grande Terre. Although check in was confusing, our contact was highly informative and gave us great info on how to get around, places to go. She was very delightful! BUT— this is a time share where everything is individually owned. There were no laundry facilities, no check in desk, no breakfast place, no shops. The exterior lighting was not operational, which made walking around the property kind of dangerous at night. The bar was closed on certain nights. I would definitely stay here again. I am just a little sad that what I could tell was once a spectacular resort—on par with places I’ve stayed in Hawaii and Thailand—had infrastructure that was no longer kept up. I wish I could have seen the place when the fountains were operational—it would have been truly spectacular.

Weiterhin wurde nicht erwĂ€hnt, dass das Restaurant und die meisten Shops geschlossen sind. Die gute Bewertung kommt nur zustande durch den Einsatz unserer Consierge Vanessa, die sich immer gekĂŒmmert hat.

Le complexe est attrayant mais j'ai payé pour des prestations que je n'ai pas eues. L'HÎtel HIBISCUS n'existe plus puisqu'il est fermé donc aucune prestation que j'aurai du avoir. (Salle de sport etc...) Un seul changement de drap et de linge en 10j ours et aucun ménage. Je n'ai pas commandé un AIR BnB! Il va trÚs sérieusement falloir envisager un dédommagement.

Accueil chaleureux et possibilité de la contacter à tout moment en cas de problÚme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement qui est trÚs bien équipé et suffit pour un couple. Je recommande chaudement une valeur sûre, trÚs bien situé avec un plage petite privée unon difficile de trouver un coin ombre ailleurs.
