The staff was very friendly and the hotel is walking distance to so many different things in New Orleans. I paid for valet parking which was very worth the money in my opinion. The hotel and room was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

The parking attendant was fantastic. The ady work the front desk at night was great. The morning staff is not as good good. I was waiting for the brunch to open and the phone must have rang 10x before she answered. She was to busy talking to her friend. But other then that it was a nice stay.

It was okay…
The staff were nice. The room wasn’t “ready” at 5pm because there weren’t any face towels. They allowed us to go in and bring towels later. Then just threw on the tv stand instead of hanging them with the other towels. Our room door looked as if it had been tampered with previously, paint was missing on the outside where the doorknob was located. The door was missing a piece on the inside.
