O check-in é complicado. São apenas 2 funcionários sobrecarregados atendendo vários hóspedes. A área de lazer necessita de uma limpeza mais completa principalmente nas paredes dos banheiros e duchas. No banheiro do quarto há retorno do esgoto e o cheiro fica insuportável. O piso ainda tem resto de obra recente. A tampa do ralo é solta mostrando muita sujeira no cano. Fiquei insatisfeita com este hotel. Ponto positivo do hotel é o café da manhã e toda equipe que trabalha no mesmo.

Aguardei uma hora e meia na fila enorme do check in, sendo que as pessoas demoravam em média 20 minutos para fazer o check in. Quando consegui entrar no quarto já estava exausta e com dor na perna. Além disso, no mesmo dia saímos para um show e quando retornamos cartão magnético (que eu havia recebido apenas 5 horas antes) não abriu a porta, tendo que voltar na recepção para reclamar e ainda fui tratada com desdém. Por fim, o café da manhã estava lotado, não tinha nem prato disponível e bem mesa para sentar. Nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel.
