Stay was good and I would stay there again. Room was clean and the bed was good. There was some ceiling damage from what appeared to be an old water leak over the coat rack area and one of the three lamps in the room did not work. This doesn’t speak well for regular maintenance but neither of these items impacted our stay. Room was quite large and everything worked that I needed to work.

I specifically booked a non-smoking room and yet when I got to my room it smelled like weed. The best the front desk could do was spray it down with some air freshener and tell me that the windows open.

Very nice and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was small and fine. The smoke detector was off the wall and turned off so I assume someone smoked in the room. The hot water in the shower didn’t work. There was a ton ants in the room.

The room was extremely tiny. There was no place to relax except for the bed. With the room being so tiny, the air conditioner blew straight onto the bed. The pillows were mushy and offered no support. The breakfast sausage had no flavor and neither did the bacon. The eggs were good. But the sausage gravy and biscuits had very little flavor. On the upside, parking was good. The counter staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very very unpleasant!!!! Our room was dirty, there was left over molded food in the fridge that I had to clean out, they refused to do it, the room was dusty there was water stains on the ceiling, there was drywall mud around the shower. The breakfast was horrible had to wait to get any food things were always empty including the drinks. The staff would get aggravated if told things needed filled. The second night we were there we were told we were in the wrong rooms from the start.. just an absolute mess and horrible experience!!! Will NEVER stay here again!!

We stayed here for Hillybilly Days in nearby Pikeville. Easy access to the main highway and to town for anything you need. Not a fancy hotel, but very clean and neat with a friendly and helpful staff. Very good coffee!

The room was nice and clean and there was an excellent breakfast. One question, I was charged on my credit card $286.36 by Expedia, but the Quality Inn gave me a receipt for $213.96. Why was there such a different in the charge?
