Checked in only to find that the AC in the room did not work. Was the only car in the parking lot. Was told that there was no other rooms except one that was being worked on and had no tv. Very rude and unhelpful night auditor. Did not want to help and watched her literally hang up the phone every time that Expedia attempted to call the property. Should be removed from the Expedia site. Do not rent there.

The property appears to be in the middle of renovation. It was very clean but was missing some things , hand soap, shampoo, tissues. Toilet paper. One bath towel that was standard size and one was the size of a hand towel. Luckily we bought our own toiletries and went to the office and they brought us some towels.

I went to check-in at the hotel and they said they wouldn't honor the rate I booked at. They said there was an error. It took about an hour for Expedia to book me another room because this hotel would not answer their multiple phone calls about the room. It wasn't a huge cost, but they wanted to charge me almost double. The whole experience was very sketchy. The outside of the building was also not as nice as the photos conveyed. I do not trust this property.

This hotel has been one of my favorites for many years. However this year was not so good. My room was dark with burned out lights. When I turned my blanket down a spider crept out. My wi-fi never did work. The shower and sink had slow drains. A lot of dust on the TV counter. The towels are very thin. I did get a great low rate on the room, so there is that. I will still come back next year. This had to be an anomaly. Probably just one of those things…
