The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite spread out with different areas/towers. The view and room were amazing. Unfortunately we could smell other guests smoking on their decks so needed to close our door at times. The room was clean and well stocked.

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, friendly staff, my kid had fun in the pools inside slide and outside. Coffee in the room was not good but there was a Starbucks inside the hotel. Hotel Restaurant Chops was outstanding. I would stay there again.

Pros and cons

Room set up was good for a family of five. The kids liked the waterslide. The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside and they tried to cover it up with a strong perfume. The mini fridge froze all our food. I would not return. The bathroom smelled moldy and musty.
