The staff were 1st class.
The location was good
The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe.
Breakfast was poor, no great choice, there was no hot food on offer, only cold meats, cheese & salad, etc
They don't have key cards for the rooms; it's normal keys hanging on a large, heavy key ring, which gets handed into reception when you go out, which is no real issue, until you come back to the hotel and there is a queue of people all trying to check in, and you're having to wait for your key. Overall, the hotel is OK there are better and cheaper hotels to choose from. Would I stay again... No
