The building looks cool outside and theres a bus available at 6am that goes to Narita. Skybar is really good. They have a transparent elevator. Rooms are very old, like hospital and it smells like pee. No receptionist to answer you in the morning.

The staff was great & handled the check in for a large convention well. I was there for 4 nights and got new towels each day and a full cleaning on the 3rd day. However, the rooms are in a dire need of a rehab. The couch in my room was ripped and stained. I would suggest changing from a tub/shower combo to just a shower. The water from the shower head would hit the shelf at the back of the tub and puddle on the floor.

Came for Blue Archive fes 2025, a really convinient place for conventions at Makuhari Messe. Compared to the East wing, the central tower room feels abit more dated, though the view over Tokyo Bay more than makes up for it. The public bath in the central tower changes side for the genders each day and each side has a different layout for the outdoor bath, so if you wish to experience both sides you need to stay at least 2 days. Great place overall, just make sure to do you laundry early since you are competing against the other wings for limited laundry machines.

The east wing room is tight but the hotel have a very grand feel to it, from the entrance to the public bath. There is 2 lawsons, some cafe, entertainment within the building, not counting the restraunt at the top of the central tower although i did not visit it. It is almost completely connected to Kahimmakuhari station and Makuhari Messe by a bridge, the Outlet branch also ashort distance away for shopping which is great. Just note that the east wing public bath is exclusively for female so you will have to cross over to the central or west wing if you are male.

The room needed cleaning. There was mold on the wall by the window. Couldn’t open the window or get fresh air. Air was dry (no humidifier). Needs a fresh coat of paint. Considering the cost (only USD 24 for the night) it wasn’t bad, but in Japan I expect better cleanliness. Worst point was it was a non-smoking room that smelt like a smoking room.
