Great time and a beautiful little village of Grasmere. Only headache was our safe had a malfunction and wouldn’t open while our things were stored in it but thankfully the staff was able to sort it out. Lovely resort and food was delicious.

We have never met such happy and helpful staff anywhere like this hotel! They are a really great team from reception and dining to cleaning staff. Well done!! A great hotel in the most stunning setting! We have had the perfect stay! Great walks around the lakes and mountain opposite. Literally minutes walk into beautiful Grasmere.
