The hotel was pretty good! We would stay again. The only issue we had was the noise from the hallway, but we ended up putting a towel near the door to quiet it. That is not the hotel’s fault, and most of our trip it was not a problem. Very easy to access all of the places we wanted to visit.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The king size room was small but pricing was a good deal for the nights we stayed. Breakfast was small and could be improved but the waffles were good and so was the coffee. Couldn’t figure out how to work the Roku in the room but the regular channels worked good.

Ugh

The breakfast area was so small and only waffles and biscuits and runny gravy we had to wait for coffee!! No coffee pots in the rooms! Bed made noise every time you moved! Parking lot is NOT big enough for guest to park we had to use Applebee's parking lot both nights we stayed. And a $50 deposit was required that was not mentioned when i booked the room!!

Like being in hell. Literally. I had to check out at 1am with my son because our neighbors were fighting and involving their toddler on one side. The other side throwing a party in their room. The hotel has homeless, youth or just very loud occupants

The staff was very friendly and patient due to a mess up with the booking process. The heater sounded like a freight train and there was a short dog fight in the hallway around midnight. There was not a coffee maker in the room and breakfast was missing butter for the waffles and no juice due to a broken machine. The hotel is under construction but it was clean.

Our Stay st Days Inn Thornton North

Prior to arrival I reached out to verify whether the room was for handicapped occupancy and while the agent confirmed the shower was a walkin type shower, no other ADA characteristics were present. The toilet was very low making it problematic for two in our party. In requesting a possible change to a more ADA room, was advised if one came available during our stay we would be contacted. That did not happen. While the room was spotless in terms of cleanliness, the window was broken and held in place with clear tape, making safety a concern being at ground level. There was also a small hole in the wall in the bathroom. In using the shower, we found the floor treacherous and slippery. Although there was a single grab bar on the back wall to help. Perhaps no slip mats could be a consideration. In our attempt to use the microwave provided in the room, found it unplugged with no outlet in reach so had to move it and unplug other devices to use it. Finally, we found it odd there was no phone in the room. Understanding everyone has cell phones today, perhaps an information card on how to contact the front desk could be considered for future guests.
