Fun times in Cleveland today!
Super convenient, steps from convention center and Public Auditorium, easy walk to Browns, Cavs and Guardians games or the Rock Hall. Downtown parking can be difficult, but there's a reasonably priced garage behind the hotel or they can valet your car for a little extra. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff super friendly.

Wish they had refreshed the bed linens
For the moat part fine. Your doors alam shut with a lot of force making for a loud environment, especially if there are unruly guests nearby. Makes it difficult to sleep. I also intentionally left my room open for cleaning service anticipating a linen change, unfortunately the cleaning crew came in and just made up a dirty bed without changing linens.

Very nice hotel and very helpful, friendly service. Some parts of the room were a little more dated than expected like the TV and some furniture but nothing that would stop me from returning. I wish the bar was open a little later on a Friday night. Valet was great. The bathroom in our room didn’t have an exhaust fan and I didn’t care for the sliding door to the bathroom that doesn’t have a lock but again, these are all minor things. Overall great stay and would recommend.
