The bathroom had hair all over it and what looked like blood on the wall. The bed had hair in it on the fitted sheet and the pillow. It was very obvious the sheets weren’t replaced. They didn’t even offer water at breakfast, just prepackaged food.

front desk friendly. my room was right next to front desk so thank God I bring earplugs. Room clean - although typical signs of wear and tear for hotel. Safe. The room was filthy. Carpets had dirt on them, bed sheets had hair on them, bed skirts were stained, shower was filthy, the desk and night stand had something sticky on it, and there was a wall with vomit on it. They did come up and tried to clean the table and the wall, but it was still dirty. We requested a refund and were denied. Pictures were after they came up and cleaned the room and changed the sheets.

The condition of the room (uncertain if it was air quality, cleanliness or something else) triggered one guest’s asthma. When we requested a room change, they accommodated us, but we had the same issues plus there was hair and dried soap in the bathtub drain which was gross. We ended up checking out early because we were not comfortable.
