The room was nice but smelled of mold. There were no ice machines in the buoy, only a cooler with 2 bags of ice in it. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the smoking area. Not a very good experience!!! Won’t be back

DO NOT STAY HERE

Awful hotel. Do not stay here. Bathroom was dirty. Staff didn’t care when I told them the comforters had cigarette burns in them. Continental breakfast was a joke and the room was dirty and food was all over the counter. One morning, they didn’t have coffee cups but there were lids for whatever reason. Next morning, no cups or lids. The interior of the motel looks like someone DIY’d all over that dump. Doesn’t feel safe to stay there. Louisville residents said it has a reputation for drugs and sex trafficking. Only reason I had to stay there was lack of availability at other places due to a music festival in town.

Room temp upon entry was very hot and humid. Knob on shower fixture falls off and has to be placed back on to to adjust water temperature. Water was very sparse in toilet and it took multiple flushes to get the toilet paper unstuck from the front of the bowl. Soap, shampoo & body wash were very sparse & inadequate for 2 people for 1 night. Could get better qualitiy mattress and pillows.

Became extremely nervous with all the negative reviews, stay was fine, room was clean, staff kind and helpful, breakfast was minimal, but fine nonetheless. Worth mentioning, the hotel does not provide airport transportation and fortunately I found that out prior to arrival, so there was an added expense. Would stay here again.
