We thought it was a great value for the amount we paid. The staff was very friendly and the unit was very clean. We can tell that efforts are being made to update and improve the property. We would have liked a luggage rack and a few more hangers. Some shelves would be nice for storing items outside the suitcase. Overall we were pleased with our visit.

AMAZING

We loved the experience. It was my bday so i wanted something different and unique and nice. This hotel hit all spots. Big tv,nice hot tub. Loves the swans made out of towels. It made me feel so special. And the breakfast was so good.

Hypoallegenic and good bed for back and hip

The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me.

DON’T STAY HERE

The images the website showed were totally false. The rooms were dark and must have been built 100 years. My wife almost got sick because our room stunk of cigarettes. The help were not helpful, reluctant to answer our questions. We are seasoned travelers and not once have we left hotel. I am asking for a refund. We’ll see how customer friendly they are..

Updated parts great; more updates needed

I thought this motel would be more updated given the description. Most of the room had some great updates, such as countertops, and the beds. However, some of the walls still needed to be redone or repainted. The refrigerator had a lot of rust and significant cosmetic wear on it, although it was in great working condition and kept my food cold including the frozen items. The biggest problem of the stay, however, was that when I arrived there was a weed smell in the bathroom. To resolve this, I turned on the light which is connected to the fan and the smell went away shortly. I did not turn off the bathroom light for my entire stay in order to be sure that smell did not return.

Not what I expected

The hotel is much shabbier than it appears on the website. When we checked into our room the a/c wasn't working and the smoke alarm was dismantled. Our request to move to another room was quickly and politely accommodated. The bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. I can't comment on breakfast other than to say that they must not want anyone to eat it because it's served 5-8 on weekdays and 5-9 on Sat/Sun. I've never been in a hotel that cut off breakfast that early. I wound up doordashing coffee and breakfast. My only interaction with staff was check-in and to address room change. The person I dealt with was polite and professional. Calling the place a boutique hotel is stretching the truth considerably. I doubt that I will stay there again.

Good place to stay for the night while passing through. We had a small pup with us. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. All was good except for the idiot next door who left his dog in the room to cry and bark incessantly since 6am. Asked the front desk to do something, which they did not. We left earlier than planned because of this poor dog.
