The whole place was unkept and dirty including our room. Hair on pillows, dirty bathroom and the room itself smelled like a locker room. We were only there 6 hours and it was 6 hours to long.

Customer service is horrible. I was sitting in my room with the TV on just got out. The shower was loud didn’t hear housekeeping and literally housekeeping walks in on me naked and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock check out it was 1015. Worst hotel ive ever had the misfortune of stepping of stepping foot in. The room was unavceptable and dirty. The "comforter" (more like a slightly thicker sheet) was full of cigarette burns, the sheets had brown spots on them (hidden under the pillows), andthere werehomless people hanging out in the lobby. I didn't even stay for one night of my 2 night stay.
