Perfect hotel for what it is. Self check in and check out Kiosks. Restaurant on the ground floor was delicious but also near many many choices. Easy walk to the historic parts of town, and the ferry to Helsinki. Tram goes right by the hotel from either the airport or train station.

The rate is exceptional for how modern and well located the hotel is. You do sacrifice some of the usual amenities you might expect in a hotel like a tv, fridge, microwave and room space but this didn’t bother me any. My only negative feedback would be that the towels were just sad especially since we went to the CityBox Helsinki after and they had much nicer towels. Also the room would get too hot and I couldn’t get the cool setting to work. Definitely would stay again though!

We never received a code from citibox, making it impossible to check in on the machine. The concierge found the code, but didn't check us in and we had to go and check in on the machine. There was no way to contact reception from the room and we had to physically go down to talk to them.

The room is basic but clean, comfortable and very sufficient for a quick stay in Tallinn. If you want a luxurious stay this is maybe not your pick, but if you are just looking for a nice and inexpensive place to sleep in, this is perfect. Luggage storage, check in and check out work well.

New and beautiful hotell. But there wasn’t cleaning in our room during our 4 days staying. There wasn’t any place in a room to put clothes. Breakfast was poor, not buffet.

My room was upgraded to a more spacious double room. The room was nice, including the basics, not for example TV. It didn't bother me as I was touring the city for most of my visit. The bead was nice and comfy, also the pillows were nice. You can easily adjust the room temperature (I prefer to sleep in a cold room). The bathroom was basic, new and tidy. If you have a chance I'd recommend including breakfast as the downstairs restaurant (LouLou) is great place!

CityBox ligger sentralt til ved havnen og ca 5 min gange fra gamlebyen. Hotellet fungerte helt fint - enkel "automatisk" innsjekk. Enkle, men rene og effektive rom. Moderne bad med både regndusj og hånddusj. Gode senger. Litt overrasket at det ikke var TV på rommet, men ikke viktig for oss som uansett ikke ser på TV når vi bor på hotell. Greie fellesrom med gode stoler. Frokost i kafeen Lualua som tilbød 5 faste frokostmenyer. Det var veldig bra.
