Stayed here a night as it was on the way. Clean and convenient. AC in the room was not responding to the thermometer so was too cold, and breakfast had no fresh vegetables.

Good location, especially if you are coming from or heading down to Prince Edward County (vineyards, beach etc). Property is a little dated,but clean. Balcones facing the harbour enjoy a nice water view and sun rises, ones facing the park get the sunsets. not much is walkable, but lots within a 5-10 min drive. Not sure its worth the price ($225+tax for a queen bed on the top floor with a harbour view) but Belleville is inexplicably expensive for hotels in general. If you are looking for less expensive,try Trenton, 15 min west

The service was bad, staff at front desk was neither helpful nor friendly. No hot water in. The shower, the AC wasn’t working properly, so the room was really hot at night. Continental breakfast was none existent. Paying $200 for a night in this hotel was waist of money.

This is a large hotel, it was packed, and yet our room and balcony were quiet and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated (a nice walk-in shower) and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, parking was free and easy. The entrance may be a little difficult for anyone with accessibility issues (a big sloped ramp leading up to the entrance) but it's not awful. They could use one more elevator but that's a minor issue.

We've been long time visitors to this hotel, using it as a base to visit Sandbanks. It has gone downhill since its heyday, rooms are dated though clean and comfortable enough. The pool is a great feature. The breakfast filling but nothing to get excited about. Its best feature is its location beside a long trail along water, marinas, with fantastic views of the bay bridge and across the street from Zwicks part. For this alone we will likely return next year. Strongly recommend The Boathouse for dinner, it can be walked from the hotel in under half an hour.
