The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. For NYC it was nice enough and clean enough. The area itself was typical of NYC, there was a lot of garbage on the street, definitely some rowdy noise for a good portion of the night, but its near times square it's almost expected. But really can't complain, it was effective for me overall.

Fantastic location. Great clean hotel. Room decent size and very modern. Water bottle refill station in the lobby was a huge plus. The only thing to note that we missed was there was no mini-fridge in the hotel room (where to put our leftovers?!?!) and there was NO IRON in your room. We could have called down to ask what our options were but we made do without one.

We’ll located. Lot’s to do/eat around. Small, simple, outdated and non luxurious. Lobby constantly smelled like cigarettes. Room had a small hint of cigarette smell. For a non smoker like myself, I was not comfortable. Blinds let all the light in. Staff was accommodating with my late check out.

Great place to stay and see shows in the theatre district. It was a 4, 8 and 11 minute walk to my shows. My room was small and a bit run down but clean and had everything i needed. except for a chair. it would have been nice to have something to sit on other than my bed. But it was quiet and good for quick changes before dinner and the theatre. highly recommend eating breakfast at paris baguette a few blocks north.

Terrible..don’t stay there.

Thank goodness my stay was short. It’s old horrible yucky hotel with old furniture that they found in a garage sale. No safe to keep valuables and location is not the best. Tiny bathroom and the tiniest sink you ever saw. Carpet was dirty and wet in some parts. Elevator had a hard wood door to enter and exit any you know it’s bad when they lock the front doors of the hotel at midnight

Out of service refrigerator :(

Me and my husband did a staycation,so we can go to water parks from Port Authority .So like that we didnt come tired and take trains home. Unfortunately we complained about the refrigerator not working andthey said they fix it by the time we came back and i guess they forgot ,because it wasent working. We complained the whole 3 days we were there and still nothing. We had brought leftovers from restaurant and had to throw away. Is a shame because is a nice place to stay.

The hotel itself was updated and very nice on the inside. Our room, however, was very, very basic Like straight out of an Ikea catalog even though it was updated. The bed was very hard and felt as though we were sleeping on the floor. The bathroom did not have a border to enclose the base of the shower, so water ran over the entire floor when we took a shower. Our entire room was also not level and on a slant so it made for a bit of dizziness. The service was excellent which was a relief! When staying in this area again, I will be sure to stay on the highest level possible in the hotel. Otherwise, you cannot avoid the noise all day and night. And it was very noisy! Overall, the hotel was nice but way over-priced for the room accommodation.
