the room was cleaned only the first night. The second night we got clean towels, and the trash was taken out. After that trash overflowed, dirty room and NO clean towels. They just never came back. The people at the front desk were not helpful, except a lady named Dorie was great. The location of the property was good.

Location is excellent and centrally located very near Old San Juan and Condado. The the view from the balcony is spectacular. The room was clean when we first entered, but they do not clean afterwards until you leave. They do provide clean towels upon request. You need a comforter or throw since the room remained cold. The parking is on a discount and was a little far / awkward so the hotel should provide with a map. But for the price and location and view it was good.

Very convenient location to all that old San Juan has to offer. Reasonable parking daily with in and out accessibility, just 15 dollars daily. Ubers are quick to get in the area too! Walking distance to Ladi's restaurant which has a beautiful view and outstanding food.
