Needs a jacuzzi by pool, or a few jacuzzi suites!
Been staying here for many years, I really really really wish there was a way to have a jacuzzi/ hot tub somewhere I do love the safe feeling of the area and the fact that it’s attached to the McCormick place where the auto show is it’s super convenient and parking ramps are convenient as well, especially the fact that they are oversized parking ramps and can accommodate taller vehicles many times I have a high rough conversion van/full size suv and accommodates nicely!

The staff was very helpful. Especially at check in. We were a little early and our room was not ready but they gave us an option for an excellent upgrade. So thankful for their help. We will stay here anytime we go to a Beats game!
