Hotel was in a good location and the rooms were fine. We only stayed one night. Only issue we had was that management tries to save money from 10pm until 9 AM and closes the lobby with a sign that tells you to go down the street to the crown plaza if there are any issues. Thought that to be very poor customer service and we would choose a different hotel next time

Hotel is ok . Breakfast not included; only offer by one geat on breakfast at two local resturants which are 5 out of 10. If you need assistance no one is available in the Lobby until 8:00 am. Like wise if crave a coffee in the morning

Fair for the price

It was a fair hotel in Mackinac. Bathroom had obvious signs of water damage and mold along with the fan not working. Blankets on the bed had many rips in them. Waterpark is in decent working condition compared to other ones in the area. It was actually decently quiet at night, didn’t really hear anyone else. It’s fine if all you’re doing is sleeping there. Would stay again, just don’t have high expectations for it.

I called before I booked to make sure they had a sauna running like it says in description and was told yes! I asked when I got there and no one knew what I was talking about. Never found one. Pool was dirty and had a not so nice smell. Gym only had 3 station bikes, beds were very small. Was not what they described. Disappointed to say the least.

Terrible experience. Room wasn't ready for almost 2hrs after check-in time. Room was small and dark small view that we paid extra for wasn't worth it; beds weren't comfortable and linens felt like sleeping in a tarp. Could see into interior rooms while walking down the hall(which were cheaper) and they were larger brighter and newer. Pool was nasty, couldn't even see the bottom. No breakfast even though signs on the wall point you to the room it should be. Given a buy one get one free coupon for breakfast elsewhere; the food was nasty and it was $100

You get what you pay for. When we checked in, there were no night shift workers and had to check in for our room down the road at another hotel. This is way better than the Crown Plaza though! Everything was clean. Just felt sketchy at night with no workers in the building.
